Ingredients

10g siracha chilli sauce (0.1g) fat

Zero fat strained yogurt ( 0.0g)

Salt, pepper, oregano, cumin or your favourite seasonings

30g crushed cornflakes (0.3g)

150g chicken breast, butterflied (2.4g)

Method

  • 1 Mix seasonings with the yogurt and chilli sauce.
  • 2 Prepare the chicken, and coat in the yogurt mix.
  • 3 Take out and coat in the crushed cornflakes.
  • 4 Cook in the air fryer for about 16 minutes at 200c on a piece of non stick parchment.
  • 5 Turn halfway through cooking time.

 To Serve

Shown here added to a bread bun (from local baker and only 0.2g fat), lettuce and 15g of of a very light mayonnaise (approx 1g fat).

Total approx 4g fat
