Delicious hash brown created by a Chef catering an event for us!

  • Quantities to suit
  • 50/50 sweet potato and white potato
  • Onion
  • Chives


  • 1 Peel and dice the potatoes and chop or shred the onion
  • 2 Mix together both types of potatoes and steam for 20 minutes
  • 3 Add onions and steam a further 5 minutes
  • 4 Lightly mash all together, leaving some of the mix chunky
  • 5 Add chives, and salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 To finish put under the grill until crispy and brown.
